Inspired Homes and Equinox Living are holding a launch event on Thursday, 17 January between 4pm and 8pm to mark the opening of our Lime Tree Place show apartments.

Comprising 98 one and two-bedroom apartments, Lime Tree Place is located at 8 Collingwood Road, Witham CM8 2TT. Offering intelligently designed compact apartments, every inch of space is maximised, doing away with hallways, creating light, bright, high-spec and high-tech homes that are within reach of first-time buyers.

With Zero Stamp Duty, first-time buyers using Help to Buy will only need to raise the £8,750 deposit to become a homeowner as the developers are offering to pay for furniture and legal fees, but only for buyers who reserve during the launch weekend [17-19 January].

Lime Tree Place’s central London spec features engineered hardwood floors, high-end Italian Arta Cucine kitchens, Italian Tissino taps, cappuccino quartz worktops, Bosch appliances and 1GB Hyperoptic broadband, the fastest connection in the UK. Every apartment comes with its own car park space and secure bicycle storage.

The development sits a few minutes’ walk from the shops and restaurants in the town centre and just five minutes from the railway station for a 45-minute journey to Liverpool Street and 10-minute journey to Chelmsford.

The show homes have been created by interior designer Joanna Ziatabari, featuring luxurious silks and velvets, vibrant and rich yellows and purples and flexible layouts providing plenty of space for entertaining.

Martin Skinner, Chief Executive of Inspired Homes, said, “First-time buyers with a deposit of less than £10,000 might think home ownership is an unaffordable pipe dream, but they’re gladly mistaken. Lime Tree Place ticks all the boxes for those working in Shoreditch or the City of London but looking for a quieter, more affordable place to live, surrounded by the great outdoors but within easy reach of both Chelmsford and London.”

Due to complete in the spring, prices at Lime Tree Place start at £175,000 for a one-bedroom apartment with Help to Buy available. For those using this popular scheme, a deposit of just 5% is required to buy a new home, topped up by a Government equity loan of 20%, interest-free for five years, and a mortgage for the remaining 75% of the property’s value.

The event is by appointment only. Call Inspired Homes on 020 8688 6552 to book your place.
